We offer our customers a 24/7 internet support Help Desk in place
of live phone support for better tracking purposes and we can provide
far more beneficial support through our support system than we could
over the phone.
Our Help Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can be
guaranteed an extremely prompt response. In fact, we strive to answer
all Help Desk Support Requests within an hour. In the unlikely event
that your support request can not be resolved within an hour, we will
at least keep you updated as to the status!
All Customers have access to the Help Desk Support System through
their Account Manager where they can submit/edit/track their support
requests.

This is a searchable database of questions and answers comprised
from our Help Desk Support System. It allows our customers and potential
customers to search for support topics on their own, and is accessible
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Information included in the Knowledgebase
is updated frequently. Use of this service is offered at no additional
charge.
